In its efforts to support digital transformation in public institutions, Lamah IT developed the Baladity app, a digital platform that enables citizens to communicate directly with municipalities and report observations and issues in their surroundings quickly and easily.

The app aims to enhance community engagement and improve the efficiency of municipal services through a simple user interface that allows users to submit reports, pinpoint locations accurately, and attach photos to facilitate follow-up by the relevant teams.

Beyond Technology

In addition to developing the app and designing its interfaces and dashboard, Lamah provided the “Send” service for verification via SMS (OTP) to activate user accounts, ensuring a secure and smooth login experience. Our team also helped set up the promotional campaign for the app to introduce citizens to the platform, raise awareness of its importance, and encourage effective usage.

The app helps bring services closer to citizens and enables municipalities to monitor issues and take immediate action, improving the quality of services and urban life while highlighting the role of technology in serving the community.
